You received a lot of great feedback that I agree with. Social media is so important, and what’s more important is learning how to turn those fans into returning traffic and customers. Facebook has become a really tough cookie with their algorithms. Website usability is another top necessity. It can mean the difference between keeping or losing clients.
Absolutely! We are constantly in learning mode when it comes to social media and turning fans in to clients. What we hear over and over is that consistency is the key. We’re just starting to see that in our own business. And of course we totally agree on website usability, professionalism and clear information. Like Marie Forleo says…”A confused mind always says no.” Thanks Danielle!
This is such a helpful format and a fun post. I love the infographic too. Well done!
So glad we could help RuthAnn and thank you!
