Every website we build starts with the Essential basic steps. These are the important first steps when you're in the "checking it out" / "getting started" stage.

Schedule a 20-minute Discovery Call: Contact us here to tell us about your needs, and we'll send you a link to our current schedule where you'll be able to choose that best time that fits with your schedule.
If, together, we decide after our initial chat that we want to move to the next step, we'll make it happen!
Step 2
Step 2 gives us the opportunity to dive deep into your goals, challenges, and wishes.

We'll send you a link to the Custom Website Design Questionnaire & Wish List where you'll give us all the specifics regarding your goals, preferences, functionality needs and more. You'll also tell us about your business, competitors, and ideal clients. It's a very thorough process, but we promise it's fun and uber-helpful (to you and us!).

If a new logo is part of your project, we'll also send you the (oh-so-fun) Logo Design Questionnaire where you'll give us your design preferences regarding colors, fonts, overall style, ideal clients, competitors, and more!
After we get your completed Custom Website Design Questionnaire & Wish List, we'll send you a private link to schedule your Website Strategy Consultation. We are excited to dig deep into your wishes!
Step 3
Step 3 includes delivery of your Project Summary, which is a detailed summary of what we discussed in the Website Strategy Consultation. Following the Project Summary, we will send a Project Quote. Once the quote is accepted, we will send your contract based on all of the specifications we have discussed.
When all looks good and you've signed on the dotted line, we'll proceed to Step 4.
Step 4
Welcome! You've arrived at Step 4, which includes delivery of your Welcome Packet, access to our Clients Only website and your private Client Portal, and more. Now the fun begins! We are excited to have you on board!
Bonus: As our gift to you, clients with existing websites (once on board and before work on your project begins) may choose to benefit from a customized SEO audit with keyword research by the SEO Brothers to ensure optimization of your updated online presence with insights, tips, and recommendations.
